STS has created the new fully electronic AV25E with simplicity, versatility and robustness in mind. This modular quality plastic wrapping system has been built with STS's traditional attention to detail and innovation in mind which will ensure this machine will be an asset for many years to come.

Multiple positioning of the first page opener and the ability to turn the rotary feeders 90 deg. over the track are some of the many features of this innovative system that will provide a competitive edge and the ability to anticipate your customer's needs now and into the future.

Changeover times are greatly reduced through easy to set up feeders, simple one touch track mechanism and film reels that have pneumatic air rams.

All feeders, including the shuttle feeder are servo driven which ensures accuracy and minimises maintenance through its brushless motors. Each rotary feeder boasts dual gripper jaws which allow two products to be placed at the one time and the electronic miss and double detection system ensures accurate collation. The feeders also utlise a venturi air pump that consumes less compressed air, this feature is unique to STS.

Mobile roll up feeders are available to add to the flexibility of the system and these can be in either shuttle or rotary configurations and come with the unique ability to install an inkjet system on them, further demonstrating STS's innovative design.

The shuttle feeders have vacuum belts positioned directly after exit which assists in easy separation and also provide the opportunity to inkjet print variable data directly on the magazine before collation. The easy to release nip rollers ensure that if a jam occurs, clearing it takes only seconds and restarts are quick and easy.

Online inkjetting positions pre and post wrapping complete with height adjustable pins are available to accommodate any HP or solvent based inkjet systems, once again allowing you to respond to the vast variety of applications your customer needs.

Electronic adjustment of cut length and book length provides the ability to tune the machine on the fly. The shaft driven gearboxes ensure reliability and minimise maintenance. The system is pre wired for selective feeding. The selective feeding is driven by the inkjet system which also allows for postalisation on stacker providing the opportunity for less labour on the machine.

The modularity of the system is second to none and accessories such as shrink tunnels, stackers, pick and place or gadget feeders, crash folders also provide the flexibility to grow the system as your requirements change.
