The MGS RRP uses a patented fixed pin design offering a very low
maintenance, lubrication free, smooth picking motion. It is ideal for
applications with multiple products or line space constraints. It is
available in a two, three or four head configuration and has a cycling speed
up to 600 pcs per minute, (application dependant). The machine is available
in a multiple lane configuration, allowing for placement of up to 5 similar
products at a time.
MGS offer the only pick and place machine on the market with vertical and horizontal placement. The MGS IPP range offer quick and easy changeovers using their patented Kwik Klip holdback assemblies.
