Application details

To allow us to understand your pick and place project, we need the following application information to formulate a quotation. The more information you can provide us with, dictates the success of your project. Short videos of the line in operation, and digital pictures are very helpful in understanding your project.

Placements per minute required for each tray size

flighted, flat belt, interlocking etc

Does it have guide rails to ensure accurate placement?

Lineal speed of the line
How fast is the conveyor traveling when placement occurs?

Where is the machine going to operate?
Coolroom, Hot area, dusty environment, wet area

Type of construction
Standard
Painted Steel construction of frame and stainless magazines

Washdown:
Stainless steel construction opf frame and stainless magazines, fully enclosed electrical enclosure to IP 65 standards or higher

PLC requirements (Allen Bradley preferred)

Where is the start/stop signal originating from: (from sensor on line or parent machine)

Down stream sensor (to tell our machine when the line if full)

Stop signal if emergency stop signal from parent machine

Once we have this information we will have a better understanding our your application and can then formulate a quotation, we would also like to see some digital pictures of the line you wish to put our machine on and if practible a site visit may be necessary. We also require product samples of items to be placed as well as the target products.
